The 2014 Tesla Model X goes from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds, or 0.2 seconds faster than a Porsche 911. The new Tesla has falcon wing doors which bend in the middle allowing them to be opening it tight spaces and offering better access to rear seats. Pricing for the 2014 Tesla Model X will be similar to the Model S, starting around $57500 going up to almost $90k with all the options checked. Production of the new Model X will start late 2013 and deliveries will begin in 2014.
