Lincoln gave us a chance to get up close and personal with the 2020 Lincoln Corsair, the replacement for the MKC, before its debut at the New York Auto Show. It may be based on the Ford Escape, but Lincoln didn't just slap a new badge on and call it a day. The exterior is more striking, while the interior has benefitted from Lincoln's upscale design and materials. The 2020 Corsair is packed with all sorts of features, from driver aids and active safety features to 24-way massaging seats.

With two powerful turbocharged engines to choose from and an upcoming PHEV option, along with available all-wheel drive and five traction settings, the Corsair has you covered all year round. The sliding, reclining and folding back seat can be set up to make more room for tall passengers or leave extra space for luggage.

Lincoln is swinging for the fences with the 2020 Corsair, but the small luxury SUV market is packed with tough competitors such as the Mercedes-Benz GLC and the BMW X3. Can the 2020 Lincoln Corsair take on luxury mainstays?

2020 Lincoln Corsair Pricing and Availability
