The Ford Ranger is a pickup truck icon, even if it stands in the shadow of its larger sibling, the venerable F-150. The Ranger was redesigned for 2024, with an all-new design inside and out, loads of available tech, and available turbocharged V6 engines that should enhance the Ranger's capabilities while providing a bit more pep in its step. The changes were welcome, as the previous generation Ranger was a lackluster offering from the get-go. Given the extensive changes for 2024, expect Ford to make any significant changes to the 2025 Ranger.
In addition to a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 making 405 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, the Ranger Raptor gets standard four-wheel drive, Fox shocks, a two-speed transfer case, front and rear locking differentials, and 33-inch tires. Few trucks on the road give us thrills quite like Ford's Raptor models.
