5 US States Are Screwing Over Gamers/ Gaming PCs are not being banned and there are only 5 states affected by the CEC (California Energy Commission) that are enforcing these new guidelines. The West Coast Coalition that includes California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and for some reason Vermont are just changing the way that you can buy your gaming PC and in truth its just a bunch of BS that is just making it more difficult to buy a gaming PC. This has zero effect on DIY builds either.
