2013 was the worst year ever for data security! No, really:



In December, tens of millions of Target customers were hacked in a large-scale operation that implanted malware on in-store devices, extracting credit card and other data that was then resold on the black market.



I spoke with victim Bella Shillman about the hassle it's caused. Meanwhile, the malware is identified as Kaptoxa, originating in Russia.
