In today's Daily Fix:

Popular online multiplayer game Dark and Darker was pulled from Steam product pages and screenshots after game publisher Nexon issued a DMCA takedown request. Dark and Darker developer IRONMACE is accused of stealing property from Nexon. About half of IRONMACE's employees previously worked at Nexon. While IRONMACE works out this major legal issue, the game's PvP and online co-op have stopped functioning. In Nintendo news, the 3DS and Wii U eShops are shutting down for good starting today, 5pm Pacific. Start going through your wishlists now! And in related news, Nintendo will hold a Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom-focused Direct tomorrow morning. And finally, Microsoft is pulling the plug on the $1 Game Pass offer, saying they're looking into replacing it with something else. Maybe some kind of family plan?
