The cast of Deaf Spotlight’s theatrical production, SKIN, performs an excerpt from the play and then discusses the production itself, experiences being on the stage, behind the stage, and how they work together to make it all happen. SKIN was written by emerging playwright Crystal L.M. Roberts and directed by Alexandria Wailes. The story follows four Deaf queer women who are struggling to make sense of violence, sex, love and friendship amidst a changing landscape, Seattle’s Capitol Hill.
