A tribute to the late Stan Lee was seemingly removed from the Netflix #Marvel show The Punisher, now streaming on Disney Plus. According to Screen Rant, the dedication that read ‘In Loving Memory of Stan Lee’ no longer appears just before the credits roll in the final episode of The Punisher Season 2. Which is a bit odd, as a similar tribute to the late and great Stan Lee appears in the final season of Jessica Jones, presumably untouched by the forces-that-be at #DisneyPlus. Given the amount of violence The Punisher has, that might’ve been a deciding factor over at the House of Mouse, especially as there were some viewers that called it inappropriate given the nature of the show when it initially aired on Netflix back in 2019. In other news, Netflix has announced season 3 of The Witcher has officially begun filming. And finally, the Bob’s Burgers movie trailer has been released.
