A widely circulated viral clip shows a Geiger counter reading radiation levels over 100 at a Northern California beach. But what do those readings really mean, and do people on the West Coast have reason to be concerned? I spoke with Daniel Hirsch, Nuclear Policy Lecturer at UC Santa Cruz, about what - if any - risks may face Californians.
