During the SDCC 2022 Marvel Studios panel, we learned a ton about Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Aside from the High Evolutionary stealing peoples' phones and Maria Bakalova playing Cosmo the Space-Dog, it was bittersweet, as director James Gunn revealed GOTG3 would be the end of an era for this group of Guardians in the MCU. IGN spoke to Gunn, and he explained he has no immediate plans for the future - namely, that he's not planning for another generation of Guardians.
