When you're deep in a relationship, it can be easy to lose focus of who you are as an individual. That happens to tons of guys, but now that you're single again, think of it as the perfect opportunity to really think about yourself. Reflect on the ways you've grown and the ways you still need to grow. This isn't a self-pity session or a time to insult yourself. This is an opportunity to take honest stock of yourself as a person so that you can become a better man.

There are times in every man's life where he has an opportunity to take pause and really do some evaluation. As we get older, though, these opportunities become fewer and farther between. You've just found yourself squarely in the center of one, so don't take it for granted.
