Human evolution is very interesting and complicated question. Many scientists and writes tried, try and will try to answer it. Let’s look at what we know now. “Smart is the new sexy” has collected several theories and wants to share them with you in this video.

Both genetic and fossil evidence show that until relatively recently, human evolution happened in Africa. Whether the genus Homo first emerged in southern or in eastern Africa remains unclear. Knowing where our species evolved matters because the environment it adapted to helped shape the genetic makeup we still carry with us today. Where we came from is the first chapter in the long story of how we got to where we are now.

But the question is whom we'll evolve into. Its no surprise that much technological advancement is currently aimed at the human body. Through gene enhancement or even tech implants, the body is getting its upgrades not from Darwin, but from robotics or genetic engineering. Whether genetically enhanced humans, bionic men, or uploaded beings, technology and its advancement is certainly shaping human development.
