The engine that powers the Q50 Eau Rouge concept has been revealed at the Geneva Motor Show Infiniti stand today. The sports premium sedan was first unveiled at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show in January as a Formula One inspired, carbon fiber aero-enhanced project.
