iPhone Duo: split-screen multitasking has never been this easy

The new iPhone Duo supports split screen multitasking, for the first time in an iPhone. Apple’s implementation is pure genius - you just swipe from the bottom and pin the app to the left or right part of the screen. Then you simply pick your other app, and voila! You can freeze an app pair by tapping on the line in the center. That way you can easily restore the app pair, without having to configure it again.

You can easily drag and drop items between apps in this side-by-side mode. But you cannot resize how much space each app occupies, and you cannot do split screen multitasking in portrait mode.
