Jeep Compass was already the most capable SUV in its class, and with the arrival of its Trailhawk version it's now as capable (or more) than the SUVs of a segment above. And to achieve it a lot of things have been updated right from the ground clearance, approach, departure & brakeover angles, suspension setup, new all-terrain tyres, and most importantly the electronics. It now gets 4WD low and lock mode along with an additional rock mode with Jeep's 'Selec Terrain' that makes it quite easy to drive around almost all sorts of surfaces. The Jeep Compass Trailhawk has the same 170bhp, 350Nm 2.0-litre multijet engine, but it's now BS6 ready. Interestingly, it can also run on BS4 fuel without any trouble.
