Justin Lin, John Cho: "Star Trek Beyond" | Talks at Google

Justin Lin and John Cho came to Google to Talk Star Trek Beyond, their history with Star Trek, and their careers.
Director Justin Lin is best known for his work on Better Luck Tomorrow, The Fast and the Furious 3–6 and the second season of the television series True Detective.
John Cho has starred as Hikaru Sulu since 2009 and returns to the role for Star Trek Beyond. He is known for his roles in Selife, Sleepy Hollow, Flash Forward and Harold & Kumar.

A surprise attack in outer space forces the Enterprise to crash-land on a mysterious world. The assault came from Krall (Idris Elba), a lizard-like dictator who derives his energy by sucking the life out of his victims.
