Malia Dell visited Google's office in Cambridge, MA to discuss her cookbook "Food That Works: Real Meals to Survive the 9 to 5".
"Food That Works" provides detailed guides to ingredients and utensils, and contains everything both beginners and experts need to know, from food shopping to assembling nutritious recipes, and how to realistically implement this plan during the workweek.
It also teaches how to prep, keep food in rotation, and run a kitchen efficiently, like a restaurant. It provides healthful recipes for the meals you already know and love, all designed to have minimal cleanup and no wasted food.
