We live in a day and age where our phones, tablets, and wearables are an integral part of our regular routine. Metal versus plastic, megapixels, screen size, battery capacity, CPU cores, RAM, storage capacity, and more all get thrown around by marketers when trying to convince us their product is somehow superior to that of their competitor. Sure, all those all important, but what do all the numbers really mean? How does each item on the spec sheet translate into value for your dollar?
I'm Joe Levi with Pocketnow, and if you're interested in the nuts and bolts, the hardware that powers your devices, you're probably lost in sea of numbers. Let us throw you a line.
Back when Android was taking off, we found ourselves answering the same questions over and over again. We tried to provide instructions that anyone could follow, regardless of technical expertise. Videos and step-by-step instructions were getting unwieldy.
To address this we started up a series called "Android Power User™", in which we attempted to lay a foundation upon which we could build future tutorials, how-to's, and hacks. The series had a very loyal following -- people who themselves became Android Power Users. Once all the core topics had been covered, Season One drew to a close.
Now it's time for Season Two -- but we're not stopping with Android, and it's getting a new name: Pocketnow Power User™ with Joe Levi.
Stay tuned, and tell your friends, Season Two is just around the corner.
