Retail Loss Prevention Training 101: How to Prevent a Quick Change Scam

Prior to starting SilverHammer Surveillance, Owner George Langabeer, detained and prosecuted 1252 shoplifters working in retail loss prevention and asset protection. As a loss prevention manager, George encountered all kinds of criminals. In this video he tells us about one of the many methods thieves and scammers would use to commit fraud against retailers. The scammers that would commit this time of crime are known as Quick Change Artists.
