A spherical induction drive (or motor) is an advanced electro-mechanical actuator that can rotate a spherical rotor in any direction—pitch, roll, and yaw—using a single, continuous component. It uses multiple stators to generate a rotating magnetic field that induces eddy currents on the rotor, creating torque without complex mechanical gearing
