The times are changing, and we're not content with regular beef burgers anymore. We need variety, and that means getting some exotic meet between those buns. We went to Bare Burger in NYC, and found out exactly what kind of meat people are wanting in their burgers. Turns out ostrich is a pretty popular choice, along with boar, and even bison. So we decided to show you exactly how to make a sick bison burger that will have your friends talking.

Here's what you'll need:

- Bison Meat
- Buns
- Provolone
- Avocado
- Pineapple
- Brown sugar
- Onions
- Sriracha
- Salt and pepper

First up, season the bison meat with the salt and pepper and form into a large patty. Place it in a pan at medium-high for about 5 minutes per side. Take a pineapple slice and sprinkle brown sugar on both sides, then place in a grill pan for about 1 minute per side at a high heat. Roughly chop the onions and toss them into the burger pan. Mash the avocado with a bit of salt. Place a lettuce leaf on the bun then add your burger, provolone, pineapple, avocado, grilled onions, and top it off with some Sriracha.
