If the three different kinds of cheeses are the heart of this recipe, then the Stella Artois is definitely the soul. This killer dish is a great way to impress the lady, and goes great with a nice cold brew. Here's your ingredient list:

- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Cup Emmental Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Oka Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Appenzeller Cheese
- 3/4 Cup Stella Artois Beer
- 1 Liter Of Milk (34 Ounces)
- 1 Lemon (Juice)
- Tabasco
- Salt And Pepper
