On November 17, the Decoding Race series kicked off with a talk entitled, "Deconstructing Race: Analyzing Inequities in a Racial Society," where panelists discussed sentiments following the U.S. election, the strength of a mother following tragedy, racial justice for African-Americans and immigration in both the Latinx and Asian communities.
Panelists included Sybrina Fulton, Jose Antonio Vargas, Michaela Angela Davis, Cristela Alonzo, and Dr. Myosha McAfee.
