Editor and author Heidi Pitlor visited Google's office in Cambridge, MA to discuss her novel "The Daylight Marriage" and yearly anthologies she co-edits, "The Best American Short Stories".
"The Daylight Marriage" is a novel about love and slow loss, missed opportunities and bad choices, and ultimately, the decisions we make and what they cost us and the people we love. Stephen King: “Hypnotically readable -- I absolutely couldn't put it down. The structure is brilliant, and I turned the pages with increasing dread. This book is terrific.”
Heidi Pitlor's first novel was "The Birthdays". She has been series editor of "The Best American Short Stories" since 2007.
