Today, frontline workers are empowered to spend more time interacting with customers and colleagues from the shop floor because they can access all the information they need from devices equipped with Teams, including Shifts and Tasks for schedules and targeted store priorities.
The organization has reduced paper use by one third thanks to the use of tablets to replace paper-based processes and now uses Shifts in Teams to distribute schedules to employees digitally. And, Teams has replaced various shadow IT applications and improved work/life balance.
