St. Luke’s University Health Network had already deployed Microsoft 365 to its health teams to share information on behalf of patients when COVID-19 arrived at the network’s 12 hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. St. Luke’s quickly mobilized its 16,000 employees to fight COVID-19 through a series of command centers in Microsoft 365. Here, leadership collaborated virtually in Microsoft Teams to reduce staff infection rates, secure personal protective equipment, and ultimately save lives.
