This week Brad talks to the CIO & SVP of Crocs, Mike Feliton, about how Crocs has been able to continue releasing new products and keep the company's culture intact during a pandemic. The conversation gets interrupted by a call from the mayor of Redmond, but then pivots into how modernizations at Crocs have better-connected headquarters and retail locations, and how collaboration tools have helped the leadership communicate with the company better than ever before. Then, after a discussion about the history of extinct Olympic events, Mike shares information about the extensive work his company has done to donate over 860,000 pairs of Crocs footwear to healthcare workers.
