This week, Brad sits down with the EVP/CIO of lululemon, Julie Averill.

Julie discusses her advocacy for STEM careers and the business value of her efforts to support diversity within her company. She also talks about how she has used Microsoft 365 to help her organization securely share information and collaborate -- no matter what device they're using.

Julie also explains how her team uses technology to connect employees in an open office format, as well as connect an entire company that's spread out all over the world.

Brad also pitches Julie on some new ideas for lululemon – notably a sports drink called lululemonade, and specialized clothing for alligator wrestling and/or renaissance fairs.
