Today Brad spends some time with the CIO of Goodyear, Sherry Neubert.

Sherry talks about how she uses collaboration tools to turn a globally distributed workforce into a strength for the company, and she explains how she evaluates/implements employee feedback about the types of modern tools her workforce wants to use.

Then they're interrupted by a phone call from the chairman of the World Blimp Congress.

After an overview of the differences between blimps and zeppelins, they discuss how to make IT more agile, how/when to make changes in legacy infrastructure, as well as testing and deploying Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams. Shery also describes the work she has done to mentor women at Goodyear and in the tech industry -- and what advice she gives these groups.
