Today Brad spends a few minutes with the CTO of the Emirates Group, Alex Alexander.

Amidst a phone call pitching new sports sponsorships for Emirates to consider (frisbee golf? hotdog eating?), Alex also talks about the work he does with Microsoft 365 to support Emirates Airlines' world-class customer service -- and he explains how his organization uses Teams to meet the complex communication and collaboration needs of a global company.

Alex also discusses the role IT plays in making Emirates so successful at employee retention, and how the collaboration tools used by Emirates has positively impacted the bottom line of the company due to its built-in security and ease of use/development/deployment.
