The Obi-Wan Kenobi Trailer gave us the latest glimpse of Darth Vader in the new series on Disney+. With Hayden Christensen once again playing Anakin Skywalker opposite Ewan McGregor as the Jedi master, there's a disturbance in the force telling us that a decades old Darth Vader plot hole might finally get fixed.

While something between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker never quite sounded right in Return of the Jedi, this story set between the prequel trilogy and the original trilogy, between Episode III and Episode IV, this new Star Wars series has a chance to address a mystery that's been lingering since Revenge of the Sith.
