Regarded as one of the most popular real estate investment trust companies or REITS, Realty has 6,500 real estate properties owned under long-term lease agreements with many commercial clients.

With a 4.01% dividend yield, and add to the fact that it’s outperforming the S&P 500 who’s up 3.92% this year, Realty is a great dividend stock to hold for many years to come.

9. Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation (BGFV, $12.86)

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corporation is a sporting goods company based in Canada.

It has 433 stores operating in 11 different states that provide athletic shoes, apparel, and sports-related accessories.

At the end of the first quarter of 2022, the company had total assets of nearly $400 million.

Recently, the company authorized a new share repurchase program for the purchase of up to $25 million of the company's common stock.

Currently, the stocks dividend yield of the company comes in at 7.90%.

With a P/E ratio of 3.22 and the stock currently down 44% from its all time high, now might be a great opportunity to start building a position in BGFV.

8. Pioneer Natural Resources Company (PXD, $236.95)

Next on my list is a utility company called Pioneer Natural Resources Company.

This energy company is dedicated to hydrocarbon, gas, and oil.

The company generated $2.3 billion in free cash flow during the first quarter of 2022 and returned a 90% of this to its shareholders.

Many experts believe that PXD will continue to rise due to the scarcity of oil due to the Russian Ukrainian war and the possibility of China invading Taiwan.

The dividend yield of its stocks is currently at 7.92%.

With travel season already in full force, this catalyst should only push this stock up even more, as it’s up 26% year to date and CNN analyst forecasting another 25% median upside in the next 12 months.

7. B&G Foods, Inc. (BGS, $24.71)

B&G Foods, Inc. is a food company based in America that specializes in producing sweet products such as syrups, maple candies, and fruit syrups.

From the $32.5 million dividends it paid to its shareholders in December of 2021, B&G Foods raised this to $32.7 during the first quarter of 2022.

Currently, the company currently offers a quarterly dividend of $0.475 per share, coming in an impressive dividend stock yield of $8.11%

i love B&B Foods and i think grocery related stocks not only have great dividend yield, but they also stand the test of time when it comes to any economic downturns.

6. Altria Group, Inc. (MO, $43.86)

Altria Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of tobacco and other smokable products.

Under the popular Marlboro brand and the push to pivot to cannabis and other vaping products, Altria is reinventing themselves to the new generation.

In quarter one of 2022, the company repurchased $576 million worth of shares at an average share price of $50.69.

This repurchase program is expected to complete by December 2022. As of the moment, the dividend yield of the company sits at 8.38%. Add the fact that Tipranks analysts believe there’s an 11% upside in the next 12 months, Altria Group is poised to be not only a great dividend stock, but a forward thinking stock in the future as well.
