Computer: 2017 27” iMac i7 4.2 GHz
Filmed in my kitchen, all natural lighting mixed with LED and fluorescent fixtures. Recorded in 30p ALL-I AWB and used my own recipe for the camera settings (it's in the video).
Used the 2017 i7 4.2Ghz iMac with Final Cut Pro X to edit and output to ProRes. Then to H.264 for YouTube.

Almond Milk (the 30 calorie one)
Spoon of Truvia
Tiny tiny touch of Stevia
Scoop of Jay Robb Whey Protein
Spoon of Spirulina
Level spoon of Ceylon cinnamon
Add my vitamins and stuff
Whole banana (usually I peel and freeze them into a freezer bag
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
7 or 8 frozen strawberries
Blend on high for about 1 minute 30 seconds
