For the National Football League (NFL), the 2020-21 season brought unique challenges to its live event and broadcast operations. Because of COVID-19, the league couldn’t collaborate in person at any facility. The NFL teamed up with Microsoft Teams to reimagine a new virtual game day experience, events, like the draft and digitized workforce collaboration to create new COVID-19 safety protocols using Teams.
