On previous installments of Thrive Quick Tips, we looked at completely equipment free routines like the 2-Minute Bodyweight Workout and 90-second Abs & Obliques. For this workout however, you'll have to at least find a pair of dumbbells. We're going to be doing an ascending ladder circuit alternating between renegade rows and dumbbell thrusters - fantastic for getting your heart pumping, and getting your lats, core, and legs fired up.
Rep scheme: 6-minute ascending ladder (two renegade rows - two dumbbell thrusters - four renegade rows - four dumbbell thrusters, increasing in increments of two until you reach 6 minutes)
